The beautiful street of Magnolia Way W overlooks the city of Seattle, Puget Sound waters in Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne. It is a relatively small street in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood running generally North and South with a loop at the North End at Thorndyke Park. At the top of Magnolia Way W is the street of Dartmouth Ave W and also W Howe Street which form the loop.

Magnolia Luxury Homes Market: Dreary Gray Day today in Seattle, but the beauty of the area is still evident everywhere you look. Here is one of the views you get from Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood.
Four $1M+ Magnolia Homes for sale have closed in escrow in the last month. These range in price from $1,019,500 to $1,735,000 with a median price of $1,056,250 and an average days on market of 108 days. They have an average dollar per square foot of $310.02 versus the average dollar per square foot on Active Magnolia listings as described below of $437.25.
Magnolia Homes Available in the $1 Million and above category: There are 20 currently for sale ranging in price from $1,099,000 to $4,995,000 with a median list price of $1,652,500. The average days on market for these is heavily skewed by a few Magnolia mansions that have been over priced for far too long, so it is impossible for me to give you the official stat on that and feel like I am giving you valid info. Only one of these higher end Magnolia homes for sale that has been on the market for less than 30 days is at 17 days and is coincidentally also one of my Magnolia listings. In addition to the 20 active Magnolia real estate listings, there are 2 additional homes that are marked Contingent and Pending and priced at $1,595,000 and $1,590,000.
