Magnolia Way W in Magnolia is a spectacular and scenic street on the Southeast bluff of Magnolia. The beautiful street of Magnolia Way W overlooks the city of Seattle, Puget Sound waters in Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne. It is a relatively small street in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood running generally North and South with a loop at the North End at Thorndyke Park. At the top of Magnolia Way W is the street of Dartmouth Ave W and also W Howe Street which form the loop. There are approximately 16 Magnolia view homes on the East side of Magnolia Way W and 8 Magnolia homes on the West side of the street. This street is coveted and as a result there have only been a few Magnolia Way W homes sold since 2007. Here are some great reports showing a summary of the Magnolia Way W Real Estate Market since 2007: Magnolia Way 2007-Current Homes SOLD Magnolia way gallery homes sold 2007-current Seattle Schools in the Magnolia neighborhood area: http://www.seattleschools.org/modules/groups/homepagefiles/cms/1583136/File/Maps/boundarymaps/pdfs/AA_ES_CatharineBlaine.pdf?sessionid=c4482cd492a3ba9a2f899db44b0350c6 GREAT TIMING to research all the homes for sale here at Magnolia real estate.

In Sunny Isles Beach, Florida we hear that in 2015 the Porsche Design Tower will be completed with units ranging from $3 million to $9 million. Each residence has what most of us consider to be sci-fi parking as the car approaches the elevator door a robotic platform lifts the car & driver and places them in a glass-walled elevator that elevates through the building. In Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood for about $6 million buyers can own property at 200 Eleventh Avenue and have the sky garage. In less than a minute owners drive their car into a stainless-steel elevator, are elevated into 300 square foot garages and parking up in their two-story unit.
