In the last 30 days, 26 Magnolia homes for sale have closed in escrow in the MLS. They range in price from $403,504 to $1,776,000 with a median price of $655,600. The average days on market is 16 days.
I like looking at the age of the homes here and what sells. In this latest round of sales, the year built ranged from 1904 to 2014, but only two of them were built in the 2000’s. The majority of the homes sold were built in the 1940s and 1950s which isn’t that surprising considering the character of the neighborhood of Magnolia.
